Here are the notes from our 2023 Annual HOA meeting.
The Pool is Open! Summer 2023
Pool rules can be found here. If you need a replacement key, please send an email to the Board. Don’t forget, if you need access to the fridge for a special event, please contact someone on the pool committee or a Board member. The pool calendar does not reserve the pool but just gives fellow neighbors a heads up.
This year we are trying extra hard to keep flies and other insects out of the pool area – please remember to dispose of food and trash properly.
Thank you to all of our volunteers for getting the pool ready & have a fun Summer!

Autumn with its cooler temperatures and occasional rainfall, is the ideal time to prepare your lawn for next spring.
Keep Mowing
Aerate your lawn
Overseed fescue
Rake leaves
Fill in bald spots

Hello Neighbors!
Here are the notes from our 2022 Annual HOA meeting.
Please be mindful of kids and walkers when driving through the Neighborhood!
Friendly reminder to all of us to slow down as we enter Threechop from Bob Cox.
Lots of kids are outside playing in the nice weather and we have walkers and pets on the roads. Please be mindful of your speed when you drive through the neighborhood. Thank you! 🙂
Annual Assessments are due March 1, 2022
Woodington Annual Assessments of $500 are due March 1st. Late after March 31st.

PLAYGROUND RULES
HOURS: Dawn to Dusk
- Use at your own risk.
- Guests must be accompanied by a resident.
- Children under 10 yrs old must be accompanied by a responsible party.
- Improper use of equipment is prohibited.
- No pets allowed in the play area.
- No glass containers allowed.
- Do not use equipment if it is wet.
- Proper footwear required. No bare feet.
- Anyone may be asked to leave the playground by an adult resident if they are not complying with the playground rules.
